The safari starts and ends in Rwanda and it also includes a gorilla permit of $1500 per person in the final costing. The park is also famous for the great viewing and you will also enjoy the environment and also adventure the mountain gorillas. This trek will also take place in Volcanoes National park through the tropical rain forest with the search of the mountain gorillas.

Detailed Itinerary
Day 1: Arrival and transfer to Volcanoes National Park
On your arrival, you will also be picked by the company guide who will also drive you from the Airport to Kigali town where you will then participate in a city tour and view many attractions and some of these include; the Genocide Memorials site and the museum. Enjoy your lunch and then drive to Volcanoes National park that will take 2 hours. Upon your arrival, you check in at the lodge were you will enjoy dinner and an overnight. The park also lies in the north western part of Rwanda and is also well known for gorilla trekking and is also home to many different animal species. The national park is also famous for the 8 volcanoes of the mighty Virunga mountains and thee include; Gahinga, Karisimbi, Sabinyo, Muhabura and Bisoke. These are also covered in the bqmboo and the rain forest inside the park.

Day 2 Gorilla trekking safari
You will also wake up in the morning and then enjoy breakfast, and with packed lunch, continue to the headquarters for your briefing and then go for gorilla trekking with the ranger guidance. This trek will also take 3 to 8 hours and will also depend on the movement of these mountain gorillas and on meeting them, you will be given 1 hour to spend with the gorillas. More so, depending on how long you will have to spend before getting to these primates. You will also visit the twin lakes in the evening to get some relaxation. The other option would also be to stay at the lodge in order to settle down after the long day.

Day 3: Golden Monkey tracking & transfer to Kigali
Enjoy breakfast and then continue to the headquarters for your briefing and this will also be followed by the golden monkey trekking, you will also view the many plants and animals with in the fores. You will also view monkeys as they jump, plays, from one tree to another. After this trek, you will also return to Kigali and if time allows, you will also visit some shops and then buy some crafts. Later in the evening, you will then return to the airport for your flight back home.
